Shift: 3rd Shift 9pm-7:30am

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Assisting in production line operations to ensure accurate manufacturing of products
  

• Operating facility equipment and technology tools to mix, grind, pack, weigh, palletize, and move materials (including forklift operation)
  

• Physically moving ingredients and finished products using equipment and manual lifting
  

• MUST NOT be afraid of heights
  

• Regularly interacting with team members and managers to achieve goals and adapt to changes
  

• Strictly adhering to safety policies and procedures
  

• Following expectations to ensure high-quality product specifications, cleanliness, and compliance with detailed instructions
  

• Performing other related duties as assigned

• Are comfortable working on your feet, walking, bending, stretching, lifting, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks
  

• Can regularly lift up to 50 pounds in a heavy manufacturing environment
  

• Have manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate and inspect machinery
  

• Can work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, heights, loud noise, and regular climbing of ladders (sometimes up to 150 feet), with the use of PPE
  

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
  

• Forklift operation and experience with OSHA safety compliance are preferred
