Required qualifications and academic background:

• Requires entry- to mid-level expertise in a manufacturing process environment.
  

• BS in Industrial Engineering with manufacturing environment experience.
  

• US citizenship is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and self-driven professionals.
  

• Ability to communicate effectively within the organization.
  

• Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
  

• Prior experience in process modeling, highly desired.
  

• Prior experience in manufacturing process design, highly desired.
  

• SAP experience is a plus.
  

• Proficient in MS Excel.
  

• Proficient in waste identification and time observations.
  

• Highly adaptable individual capable of multitasking within tasks.
  

• Cost modeling experience highly desired.
