We are looking for Assembly Workers for a manufacturing client in Franklin, MA.
- Shift: first & second (with differential)
- Pay: $21
Responsibilities
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing electrical components used in industrial equipment and control panels. This position follows established instructions, drawings, and processes to complete quality assemblies safely and efficiently. Training will be provided. Prior electronic assembly experience is required.
- Assemble electrical components and parts according to instructions and drawings.
- Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical components.
- Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Follow established processes and safety procedures.
- Inspect work to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Identify and communicate any issues, missing materials, or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn new assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
- After training, follow schematics and drawings to build assemblies.
Qualifications
- 1 year of electronic assembly experience required.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Effective team player.
- Good attendance and positive attitude.
