Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to set up and operate manufacturing equipment used to produce fabricated metal products. This position also involves light assembly, quality checks, material handling, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machinery used in the fabrication of metal products.

  • Perform light assembly and production-related tasks.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.

  • Handle materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Report equipment issues or product concerns to the supervisor.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • One to three years of related manufacturing experience or training preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

  • Previous machine operation experience is a plus.

  • Computer skills are preferred.

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

  • Ability to read and follow basic instructions.

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Must be able to provide valid identification.

  • Must successfully complete a drug screening and any required background check, consistent with applicable law.
