Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $48 per hour
Shift:
Ability to work off shifts, overtime, and weekends if needed.

What’s a typical day as a Quality Engineer? You’ll be:
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
- Partnering with manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilizing SAP, MPPlanner, and JDAAT to perform various engineering functions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or equivalent related work experience (required).
- Bring experience in one or more related engineering areas: industrial, reliability, design, manufacturing, or quality.
- Are familiar with engineering tools, systems, and databases.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with production teams and suppliers.
- Are available to work off shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Preferred:
- Previous shop floor experience in a union environment.
- Experience with CVML, torque tooling, or mistake-proofing tools.
- Familiarity with JDAAT coding and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Ignition).
- Experience with AutoCAD and Creo View software.
Additional Details:
- W2 contract only (No C2C).
