Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm

What’s a typical day as Material Handling Specialist? You’ll be:
- Operating manual pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, stage, and count products and materials
- Conducting inventory counts and checking for accuracy or discrepancies
- Performing shipping, receiving, order filling, and checker duties
- Using radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and put-away
- Maintaining equipment and completing pre-operation checks
- Following strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Working in refrigerated environments (average temperature: 32-34 degrees)
- Completing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are able to drive an upright lift and follow the dress code: anti-slip steel-toed or composite footwear (composite recommended)
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Possess at least 6 months of material handling equipment or forklift experience (preferred)
- Have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Are comfortable using warehouse management and inventory systems
- Have experience in refrigeration, warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments (preferred)
- Can perform basic mental math
- Are able to communicate in English (speak, read, and write)
- Are capable of balancing productivity, quality, and safety in a fast-paced setting
- Can stand for 8-10 hours, and routinely bend, twist, and lift up to 45 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs)
