Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Laminator (Composite Technician I) to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Sumner, WA. The Laminator is responsible for performing composite layup and lamination processes according to manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, and Standard Work Instructions (SWI). Key Responsibilities

• Perform composite material layup on mandrels according to manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  

• Wrap molds with composite materials in preparation for curing and subsequent production processes.
  

• Verify manufacturing documentation for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  

• Select and use the correct materials according to production requirements.
  

• Verify part identification tags and complete all required production documentation.
  

• Follow established production schedules, takt times, and work instructions.
  

• Communicate quality concerns, schedule issues, and material or documentation discrepancies to supervisors.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  

• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  

• Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members to meet daily production goals.
  

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires employees to remain active throughout the workday. The role may require:
