Looking for a stable warehouse position with growth potential? Kelly Services is seeking reliable and hardworking Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates to join a growing cold storage facility on USA Parkway. Unlike seasonal warehouse jobs, this is a year-round opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Move and organize product throughout the warehouse
- Accurately fulfill orders using warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
Work Environment
This facility stores frozen pet food and operates in a cold storage environment.
- Warehouse temperatures typically range from 30°F to 40°F
- Occasional work in freezers may be required
- Company-provided overcoats are available when entering freezer areas
- No steel-toe boots required
Employees should dress warmly, including:
- Jacket or coat
- Beanie or winter hat
- Gloves suitable for warehouse work
- Warm layers or lined pants recommended
Available Schedules
The warehouse operates on the following schedule:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (start/end times may vary based on shipping demands)
- Friday & Saturday: Off
Flexible schedules are available, including:
- Part-time opportunities starting around 20 hours per week
- Full-time opportunities ranging from 32-40 hours per week

- Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse inventory
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Team-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation required (limited public transportation access to USA Parkway)
