Manufacturing Technician/2nd shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to support the production of fragile ceramic substrate boards.

2nd shift 2:30pm – 11 pm
Pay Rate: $22.50hr

Responsibilities

• Sand and clean ceramic substrate boards.
  

• Follow work instructions and complete electronic production records.
  

• Maintain safety, quality, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
  

• Assist with production schedules and product processing.
  

• Report quality, equipment, material, or process concerns.
  

• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
  

• Complete required manufacturing and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
  

• Manufacturing experience
  

• Ability to read and follow safety rules, procedures, and work instructions.
  

• Strong attention to detail.
  

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in areas that may contain adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.
  

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and twist.
  

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  

• Ability to observe and inspect small parts over extended periods of time
  

• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.
  

• Must be willing and able to conform to controlled environments with regard to apparel and personal hygiene.

Preferred: Medical device manufacturing experience, microscope experience, and problem-solving skills.
