Material Handler – Medical Devices
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Work Environment: Cleanroom
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support a medical device manufacturing company. This position is responsible for unloading materials, handling inventory, and performing accurate cycle counts in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload and organize more than 40 pallets of materials.
- Handle approximately 25 packages per pallet.
- Perform inventory cycle counts accurately.
- Count and verify quantities, including counts up to 50.
- Maintain organized and accurate material records.
- Follow all cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
Cleanroom Requirements
To maintain a controlled and sanitary work environment, employees must:
- Wear a hairnet and required cleanroom apparel.
- Wear clean clothing and maintain clean hair.
- Keep nails clean and short.
- Not wear jewelry, makeup, or perfume in the cleanroom.
- Follow all hygiene and contamination-control procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize packages and palletized materials.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to follow strict cleanroom procedures.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
