Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.95 – 19.38
1st Shift: Monday-Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm)

What’s a typical day as a Pick and Packer? You’ll be:
- Following detailed, multi-step instructions to pack finished products and materials according to Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and Bills of Material (BOM)
- Reviewing job information in the ERP system daily to determine orders to process
- Maintaining inventory of materials needed for packing production orders
- Performing light assembly and minor testing of products, and creating product kits as needed
- Inspecting materials, finished products, and boxes throughout the packing process for visual defects
- Labeling and date stamping boxes, attaching name plates, and ensuring proper documentation
- Rotating between workstations as needed and examining completed work for accuracy and safety
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety policies, and attending monthly safety meetings
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Possess at least 6 months of picking/packing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Are competent in operating computers and completing basic data entry
- Can push, pull, lift, and/or move materials up to 30 lbs; able to use hoists for heavier materials
- Are physically able to operate hand or foot pedal staplers and pneumatic air staplers
- Are comfortable performing repetitive work requiring constant alertness, including standing and lifting
- Are willing and able to wear required safety gear in a production floor environment
