Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.25 per hour

Available Shifts:
1st | Monday – Friday | 6:30AM – 3:00PM
2nd | Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30PM
3rd | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Components Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position focused on assembling terminal blocks and other electrical components using blueprints, visual instructions, and hand tools.

The ideal candidate has experience with assembly, manufacturing, electrical components, hand tools, or blueprint reading and is comfortable working with small parts and detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble terminal blocks and other electrical components.

  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and visual work instructions.

  • Match components and completed assemblies to blueprint specifications.

  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, and drills.

  • Measure and cut mounting rail to the required length.

  • Install, position, and secure electrical components and hardware.

  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.

  • Identify and report incorrect, missing, or improperly placed components.

  • Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.

  • Electrical or mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, or visual instructions.

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.

  • Comfortable working with small electrical components.

  • Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is helpful.
