Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of office-related experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Branch Office Support professional to assist with daily branch operations and support the Branch Manager and Sales team. This role involves reception, administrative support, patient scheduling, documentation, data entry, billing assistance, and coordination of medical equipment and patient services. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, enjoys working with patients, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide professional reception services.

Assist the Sales team with patient documentation and required paperwork.

Process patient intakes, review ACIS screens, and confirm equipment delivery appointments.

Complete post-delivery work orders, data entry, scanning, filing, and faxing.

Assist with patient scheduling, PAP class paperwork, and related administrative tasks.

Perform downloads of respiratory monitoring devices, including CPAP machines, apnea monitors, and oximeters, as directed.

Support overnight oximetry programs and perform designated respiratory equipment functional tests.

Maintain records and provide documentation for audits when requested.

Collect billing and credit card information, explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses, and process payments as needed.

Assist with medical equipment preparation, setup, returns, and retrieval from the warehouse.

Reconcile daily receivables and submit payments according to company procedures.

Make outbound patient satisfaction calls and communicate with referral sources.

Order office supplies and inventory as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of office-related experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in data entry, filing, and general office procedures.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accurate records.

Professional and courteous customer service skills.
-
Ability to handle confidential patient and billing information appropriately.

Willingness to work on-site and assist with patient and medical equipment needs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience in administrative support, medical office operations, patient scheduling, customer service, or healthcare billing. Experience handling high-volume phone calls, insurance documentation, payments, and electronic records is beneficial.
