  • Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, equipment selections, and bid submissions.

  • Coordinate with sales team members, manufacturer representatives, customers, and internal departments throughout the order lifecycle.

  • Assist with project logistics, equipment lead-time updates, submittals, startup coordination, and post-sale customer support.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information regarding products, pricing, availability, and project status.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with engineering firms, end users, general contractors, electrical contractors, and other industry partners.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, opportunity status, and notes in the CRM.

  • Participate in sales meetings, quarterly business review preparation, and other team activities.

  • Learn the technical and commercial aspects of data center power infrastructure with the goal of increasing responsibility over time.

  • Support a collaborative team environment and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

  • Approximately 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates and candidates with internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Foundational understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, or related electrical equipment.

  • Interest in data center infrastructure, UPS systems, and critical power applications.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Team-oriented, responsive, and motivated to develop both technical and commercial skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • PTO

  • 401k with company match.

  • Full comprehensive benefits package with medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, etc.
