Mechanical Maintenance Technician I
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $30.00 per hour

Kelly® is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a premier manufacturing client in Dallas. In this role, you’ll maintain production equipment and facility systems while supporting a safe, quality-focused workplace.
What you’ll do
- Perform maintenance and sanitation on production equipment according to SOPs and supervisor instructions
- Disassemble, reassemble, and set up filling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as fillers, pumps, conveyors, HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and compressors
- Use hand tools, electrical meters, grinders, and welding equipment safely
- Record work completed in work orders or the CMMS
- Clean equipment after maintenance and complete facility repairs, painting, and carpentry as needed
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts and work in confined spaces when required
- Order parts and coordinate with supervisors and production teams
- Follow safety, environmental, food and drug regulations, GMPs, and company policies
What you’ll need
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Experience with equipment maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facility repairs
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, plans, codes, and safety instructions in English
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices and follow written and verbal instructions
- Forklift and scissor-lift operating experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended or off-shift hours as needed
