Facilities Tech Pay $21.21 | Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Maintenace Tech Pay $25.95 | Monday – Friday 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM

 

Facilities Technician

Stanley Black & Decker | Dallas, TX | Full-Time

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Facilities Technician to support both facility systems and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.


  • Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, and other facility systems.


  • Troubleshoot PLCs, industrial controls, robotics, CNC equipment, and electrical systems.


  • Perform break/fix repairs and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment reliable.


  • Complete work orders and PMs using CMMS.


  • Support facility repairs, equipment installations, and continuous improvement/5S activities.


  • Work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve equipment and facility issues.


  • Follow all safety and environmental requirements.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED; technical training preferred.


  • 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience; 5+ years of industrial maintenance preferred.


  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.


  • Experience with preventive maintenance and production equipment.


  • HVAC experience preferred.


  • PLC, robotics, CNC, Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi experience is a plus.


  • Basic computer/CMMS skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
