Location: Georgetown & Taylor, TX | Full-Time
Hours/ Pay Rate: 8a-5p M-F / $20-21.50/hr

Join a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing team where precision, organization, and innovation drive the future of technology. We’re seeking an Inventory Management Associate to help track, maintain, and optimize critical manufacturing and infrastructure assets.
What You’ll Do
- Manage asset/inventory/equipment receiving, tagging, deployment, tracking, reconciliation, and disposition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across asset management systems.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, reporting, and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate discrepancies between system records and on-site assets.
- Support equipment staging, rack-and-stack coordination, and logistics activities.
- Partner with technicians, engineering, facilities, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Document procedures and identify opportunities to improve asset tracking and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in asset/inventory management, IT asset management, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with servers, networking, storage, manufacturing equipment, or similar assets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced operational environment.
