Pay: $26–$27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Work arrangement: 100% onsite
Job type: Contract through the end of January, with potential for extension
Interview process: One-round Microsoft Teams interview with Andrea

About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable Purchasing Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing activities. This is an entry-level operational purchasing role focused on entering and tracking purchase orders, following up with vendors, and confirming delivery dates. It does not involve negotiating pricing.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of purchasing experience, is comfortable communicating with vendors, and has hands-on experience using SAP.
Responsibilities

  • Create and enter purchase orders in SAP.

  • Track open purchase orders and monitor order status.

  • Follow up with vendors by email to obtain order confirmations and delivery updates.

  • Confirm delivery dates and communicate changes to internal teams.

  • Expedite purchase orders when needed.

  • Keep purchasing information and order records accurate and up to date.

  • Support the purchasing team with general coordination and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of purchasing or purchasing coordination experience.

  • SAP experience required.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

  • Comfortable communicating with vendors by email and phone.

  • Able to manage routine tasks and follow up on outstanding orders.

  • Degree is flexible; equivalent experience is welcome.

Interviews are expected to begin as soon as this week.
