Job Description

The Inventory Control Clerk supports day-to-day operations by helping maintain inventory accuracy, conducting inventory analysis, contributing to procedural development, and providing recommendations. This role helps maintain oversight of inventory status and movements, including on- and off-book spare parts inventory, raw materials, and Infra inventories.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $28per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with training new and existing employees in inventory control procedures.

  • Assist with coordinating and executing special, semi-annual, and annual inventory audits.

  • Identify and report slow- and non-moving parts.

  • Assist with vendor audits.

  • Assist with spare parts, raw materials, and Infra cycle inventories.

  • Assist with raw materials inventory audits.

  • Generate reports from G-EMS, NERP, iEMS, and other inventory systems.

  • Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and report findings to the operations team.

  • Assist with investigating inventory procedure errors, including goods-issue, goods-receipt, and failed transactions.

  • Assist with inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Assist with the development, refinement, and validation of procedures.

  • Help maintain the GR discrepancy log and support investigations, resolution, and related procedures.

  • Execute Zesati return processes for spare parts and raw materials.

  • Coordinate off-site warehousing requests for spare parts and raw materials.

  • Support research and inventory analysis across spare parts and raw materials.

  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management.

  • Experience with inventory management systems required.

  • Strong Excel skills required.
