Job Title: Equipment Operator – Forklift, EPJ & Box Clamp
Location: Rincon, GA
Pay Rate: $19.50 – $21.00/hour (Paid Weekly Every Friday)
Job Type: Full-time

Kelly Services is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a busy distribution center in Rincon, GA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):
To be considered for this role, you MUST have verified, hands-on experience operating ALL THREE of the following:

  1. Forklift (Sit-down / Stand-up)

  2. Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ / Ride-on)

  3. Box Clamp / Carton Clamp
    (You must be able to pass an on-site equipment assessment on all three machines.)

SHIFTS & PAY RATES:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19.50/hr

  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $21.00/hr

  • Overtime and weekend hours may be required based on operational volume. Could have to arrive as early at 5am for first shift. Either shift could require you to have to come in early and stay late – up to 12 hour shifts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Safely operate forklifts, EPJs, and box clamps to move, stack, stage, and load freight.

  • Transport unpalletized cartons and palletized goods without causing damage.

  • Load and unload trailers, pull customer orders, and stage shipping lanes.

  • Use RF scanners to verify order accuracy and perform inventory counts.

  • Complete daily OSHA pre-shift equipment safety checks.

  • Maintain clean, organized docks, aisles, and staging areas.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Documented experience operating a Forklift, EPJ, and Box Clamp.

  • Ability to pass an on-site equipment driving and clamp test.

  • Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs as needed.

  • Able to stand, walk, and operate machinery for 8–10+ hour shifts.

  • Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a safety-first mindset.
