We’re hiring: Manufacturing Customer Support Representative – International
Kelly Services is partnering with a manufacturer in Chesterfield, MO, for a direct hire opportunity supporting international customers.
Location: On-site in Chesterfield, MO
Pay: $24–$28/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What you’ll do:

Support an assigned international customer territory, communicating primarily through email.

Prepare quotations and process purchase orders accurately.

Read blueprints and technical drawings to review dimensions, tolerances, and customer requirements.

Ask questions to clarify missing information and coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments.

Investigate order issues, resolve customer concerns, and communicate updates through completion.
What we’re looking for:

At least two years of experience in manufacturing customer support, order processing, manufacturing support, or a related role.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills; ERP experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
-
International customer experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
