Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00 / hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: 26-30 hours/week), with potential to convert to Full-Time with benefits

The Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our operations warehouse team. In this role, you will be the bridge between warehouse fulfillment and our Sales & Marketing teams—handling order packing, carrier logistics, sample shipments, and marketing kit distribution.
If you have solid experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems, enjoy handling varied projects (from promotional kits with dry ice to bulk orders), and want to work with a purpose-driven brand, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Fulfillment: Assemble, pack, and ship Sales & Marketing kits, promotional packages, point-of-sale (POS) collateral, athlete sponsorships, broker samples, and new-store display materials.
- Order Processing & Carrier Logistics: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for outbound transit using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and freight carriers. Ensure proper parcel weights, measurements, labels, and tracking documentation.
- Temperature-Controlled Handling: Prepare and pack frozen product samples utilizing dry ice and specialized thermal packaging according to safety protocols.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring and restocking shipping materials (boxes, dry ice, tape, packing materials).
- Local Deliveries & Yard Coordination: Assist with occasional product deliveries and supply runs using company vehicles (valid driver’s license and clean record required).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the shipping station, pack lines, and staging areas clean, organized, audit-ready, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse fulfillment, or logistics.
- Carrier Software: Proven proficiency with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms is required. (International shipping experience is a plus).
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record (required to operate company vehicles upon conversion).
- Equipment & Tech Skills:
- Class II Electric Motor truck (order picker / pallet jack) certification or experience is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse inventory software.

- Physical Capabilities:
- Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift/move up to 45 lbs, and occasionally handle up to 65 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and moving for extended periods.
