Machine Operators – 3rd Shift
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay: $21.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, figuring out how things work, or keeping production running smoothly? Whether you have experience operating manufacturing equipment or you’re mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Automated Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production moving and ensuring quality products are manufactured.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring automated production machinery.
- Loading materials, starting machines, and keeping equipment running efficiently.
- Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identifying machine or production issues and communicating with your team.
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Learning new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
What We’re Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience.
- Experience with CNC machines, automated equipment, or industrial machinery (a plus!).
- Good mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how equipment operates.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Don’t have experience with every type of machine? That’s okay! If you have a mechanical mindset, some hands-on experience, and the willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply!
