Production Assembly Associates – 3rd Shift
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay: $20.25 – $21.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Kelly Services is looking for experienced Production Assembly Associates to join a leading manufacturing facility in Middletown, PA! If you have worked in a manufacturing environment, enjoy hands-on assembly, and take pride in building quality products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you’ll assemble electrical components using step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and hand tools. We’re looking for individuals who already have a solid foundation in manufacturing and assembly and are ready to put their experience to work!
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small electrical components and parts with accuracy and precision.
- Follow visual instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to complete assembly tasks.
- Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and cutters.
- Measure, position, and secure components according to specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous hands-on assembly experience preferred.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable assembling small parts and using basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to consistently work the scheduled overnight shift.
