Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (Seasonal till the end of the year, possible extension)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tuesday – Friday

What’s a typical day as a Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:

• Erecting cases manually, packing products, and stacking on pallets in a busy light industrial setting
  

• Overseeing smooth operation of the production line, including case packaging, component handling, pallet jack operation, labeling, and packaging
  

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols
  

• Communicating product quality concerns to Quality Control and recommending improvements
  

• Operating warehouse equipment safely and reporting any issues to the Plant Manager
  

• Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are physically able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  

• Can read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information
  

• Have previous production or mechanical experience (preferred, not required)
  

• Own steel toe or composite safety boots/shoes (required)
  

• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining workplace safety
