Product Director, Digital & Field Enablement – Oncology

Horsham, Pennsylvania  |  Hybrid  |  2-year contract  |  Travel up to 20%

COMPENSATION  Annual salary range: $150,000–$190,000.

About the role

A confidential pharmaceutical client is seeking a Product Director, Digital & Field Enablement – Oncology for a two-year contract. This hybrid role is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The leader will accelerate the adoption, evolution, and scale of digital capabilities across the client’s U.S. Oncology organization, connecting innovation to business impact by turning emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve how teams engage, prioritize, and deliver value.
The initial priority is scaling Intelligent Orchestration: setting the strategy for sustained adoption, meaningful utilization, and measurable outcomes across Commercial, Medical, and other Oncology functions. As the digital and AI roadmap evolves, the Product Director will also help identify, evaluate, and operationalize future capabilities.

What you will do

•  Lead the adoption strategy for Intelligent Orchestration, building and executing plans that drive sustained adoption, meaningful use, and measurable business outcomes across Commercial, Medical, and other Oncology functions.
•  Translate business strategy into field execution. Partner with Product, Technology, Analytics, and business leaders to define use cases, prioritize enhancements, and deliver field-ready solutions that improve user experience and support the evolving digital and AI roadmap.
•  Develop communications, training, and field-readiness strategies. Work with Learning Excellence, Communications, Healthcare Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to create, review, approve, and deploy resources that accelerate adoption and prepare leaders and users for new ways of working.
•  Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders, managing external partners, and driving multiple workstreams with speed, quality, and impact.
•  Continuously improve digital capabilities by gathering field insights, monitoring engagement, identifying user-experience opportunities, and helping shape future capabilities across the Oncology organization.

What you bring

•  Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
•  At least 7 years of progressive business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare, with demonstrated success in sales, marketing, sales training, commercial excellence, digital, or a related function.
•  Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating strategy into execution through influence, collaboration, and strong project leadership.
•  Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to engage and influence audiences at all organizational levels.
•  Ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred experience

•  Field sales, field leadership, HCP marketing, sales training, or another customer-facing commercial role.
•  Organizational adoption, change initiatives, training programs, or large-scale business transformation.
•  Oncology; digital innovation, AI-enabled capabilities, or emerging technologies.
•  Leading complex cross-functional programs and managing external partners.

Equal opportunity

The hiring organization is committed to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive hiring process. All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to characteristics protected by applicable law.
