Forklift Operator — Sit-Down & Stand-Up Reach

Location: San Bernardino, CA 92407
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Join a busy distribution center team where safe, accurate forklift operation keeps products moving. In this role, you’ll help receive, pick, stage, and ship orders while supporting accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload products from trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.
  

• Pick, assemble, and stage products for shipment according to customer orders.
  

• Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tasks.
  

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory recordkeeping.
  

• Inspect equipment before your shift and report any issues.
  

• Keep your work area clean and organized, and assist with warehouse projects such as installing or dismantling racks.
  

• Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and handle loads safely.
  

• Work with teammates and other departments, and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
  

• Qualification or certification to operate order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts.
  

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  

• Experience or familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, inventory tasks, and order accuracy.
  

• Attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-oriented approach.
  

• Required: steel-toe shoes.
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate equipment safely in tight or busy areas.
  

• Successful completion of a CTPAT background check.

Work environment

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment. Temperatures may vary throughout the facility, and operators are expected to stay alert and follow safety requirements.
