What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or materials-handling experience preferred.

- Forklift experience preferred. Required training and certification must be completed before operating powered equipment.
- A reliable, punctual, accountable, and team-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
Work environment and physical requirements
This role may involve lifting or carrying items up to 35 pounds, frequent walking, stairs, and bending, stooping, or climbing. Work may take place in confined areas, at heights, or in a clean-room environment. Required PPE may include safety glasses, safety shoes, a bump cap, and clean-room garments.
Warehouse auto-carousel pods raise vertically to approximately 15–20 feet and have railings and automatic locking entry points. Employees are expected to operate them according to site procedures and training. After approximately six months, employees may be considered for training and certification to operate a forklift or inventory picker; the picker may raise the operator approximately 15–20 feet.
Employees may move closed containers of items such as adhesives, pump oil, Simple Green, and lubricants. This role does not involve using chemicals or handling them in open form. Lab and R&D chemicals are received by trained Receiving Department personnel. Chemical safety information and SDS are available through the TMEA EHS portal. Routine duties do not involve exposure to high voltage or radiation.
Occasional travel to factories, training facilities, or customer locations may be required.
