TITLE: Machine Operator

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and positive team member to join a family-owned mail and print operation business. Outstanding attendance and a great attitude are essential, as their close-knit team values commitment and camaraderie—many of their employees have been with there for years!

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a machine operator, preferred

  • Ability to work efficiently and safely with machinery and equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Good mechanical aptitude for clearing jams, routine maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods

  • Able to work mandatory O/T and Saturday’s

  • Will train on 1st shift

  • High School Diploma or GED required

JOB DETAILS:

  • $20.00/hr

  • Temp-to-hire

  • 2nd shift M-F 2:30pm – 11:00pm

  • 3rd shift M-F 9om-6am

  • Louisville, KY 40218

  • Review job tickets, material pull tickets and samples before production

  • Set up, operate, adjust and monitor a variety of Lettershop production equipment

  • Complete all required quality control checklists and documentation

  • Load, stage and organize materials and move completed work

  • Verify production counts and keep accurate of work performed and materials used
