Clean Room Manufacturing Technicians – Chaska, MN

Details:

  • $24/hr base pay plus shift differentials

  • Shifts

    • 2nd Shift: Mon-Thursday 2:00-12:30 differential is $1.25

    • 3rd shift Monday-Thurs 9pm-7:30am differential is $2.50

    • Weekend am: 6am-6:30pm differential is $1.25

    • Weekend pm: 6pm-6:30am differential is $2.50


  • Temp-to-hire (Typical conversion at 6-12 months)

Responsibilities:

  • As a Clean Room Fermentation, Filling, or Formulation Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for prepping equipment and monitoring manufacturing.

  • Using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), operate the fermentation process, which includes media prep, fermentation, harvesting, ultrafiltration, precipitation, and powder drying

  • Demonstrate the ability to recognize and avoid in-process variation and process deviations.

  • Learn pertinent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow instructions in procedure

  • Participate in team meetings for group approach to planning and problem solving

  • Qualify to gown for cleanroom entrance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Several years  of Manufacturing/Production/Mechanical experience (Preference for cleanroom or regulated industry experience)

  • Demonstrated healthy tenure in positions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to always follow work instructions

  • Problem-solving/troubleshooting ability (preference for mechanical ability)

  • Flexible as needed for overtime

  • Able to stand for majority of shift
