What’s a typical day as a Sales Trainee? You’ll be:
• Trained to retain policyholders and improve overall customer retention.
• Focused on non-renewals, cancellation requests, and re-markets.
• Meeting established retention targets and building customer rapport through trust and respect.
• Reporting to the Customer Service Representative.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3 years of experience in an office setting.
• Have the ability to pass written examinations to become a licensed NYS Licensed Property Casualty Insurance Agent within 90 days.
• Hold an associate degree.
• Have a strong customer focus.
