We’re seeking a Payroll Specialist for a Temp to Hire position for a stem cell company located in Irwindale, CA. Requirements:
· Process full cycle payroll weekly and bi-weekly including updating, gross up calculation, adding direct deposits and W4 forms for 50-60 employees.
· Validate/audit hours from timekeeping system
· Correct time sheet errors and track occurrences for process improvements.
· Adheres to all state and federal regulations for payroll processing.
· Resolve any discrepancies surrounding payroll issues.
· Review wages, and compute and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
· Keep detailed and organized payroll records.
· Research, analyze and resolve payroll-related problems or questions.
· Process request for manual checks
· Audit tax information, new hire payment and time and attendance profiles in a monthly basis
· Knowledge of ADP payroll system REQUIRED
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
· Working knowledge of garnishments
· Ability to work with interruptions, effectively multi-task and troubleshoot
· Positive, upbeat, team player
· Assist with ordering office supplies (mouse, keyboard, paper, chair and etc)
· Bachelor degree required 
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience processing payroll with multi-state experience required
· Pay: $30.00 an hour
· Monday-Friday 9am-6pm 100% onsite
