Pay: up to $29.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift:  rotating 4-3 system: 7am-7pm shift, working week 1=Mon-Thurs, week 2=Fri-Sun, then repeat

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating CNC machinery with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency
• Adhering to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 requirements
• Continuously improving work and activities
• Representing the company in a professional and respectful manner
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
• Adhering to 5S principles
• Reading prints and operating CMM equipment
• Changing tooling offsets and monitoring tool life
• Performing machine start up and shutdown procedures
• Properly filling out paperwork for shift reports, inspection cards, and route cards
• Loading and unloading machinery
• Performing hourly parts inspections
• Maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and cleanliness guidelines
• Performing daily preventative maintenance and maintaining proper liquid levels
• Keeping equipment and surroundings clean and cared for

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have technical training
• Have experience with metrology equipment (calipers, height gage, dial indicator, etc.)
• Have experience working with metal
• Have CNC machining experience
• Have basic computer skills
• Are able to lift 15 pounds
• Have and wear steel toe shoes (stipend provided)
• Are open to overtime, including weekends
