Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $86,000–$123,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Training/Overlap on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Permanent Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

What’s a typical day as Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Supervising shop floor personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading corrective actions as needed
- Managing daily production schedules and allocating resources to meet on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and productivity goals
- Supporting new product introductions and ongoing process improvements
- Overseeing employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development
- Driving safety compliance and reinforcing lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and SYNCHRO principles
- Forecasting departmental needs and assisting with hiring and equipment planning
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have supervisory experience within a manufacturing or sheet metal environment (required)
- Bring a strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Possess experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Are familiar with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Are available for 2nd shift hours and initial training/overlap on 1st shift
