Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00AM – 3:30PM

What’s a typical day as Machine Assembler – Sub-Assembly? You’ll be:
- Assembling mechanical components and machines according to engineering drawings, part lists, blueprints, and schematics (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic)
- Using precision tools such as torque wrenches, depth gauges, dial indicators, and digital levels to achieve exact tolerances
- Operating overhead cranes and using appropriate fixtures to move and assemble heavy components safely
- Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production and quality goals
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of assembly experience OR 5 years in machine tool manufacturing, maintenance, or service
- Can read and interpret blueprints, part lists, and basic hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
- Are skilled in using accurate measuring devices and working to close tolerances
- Are able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive reaching and bending
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- (Preferred) Have experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, or a forklift license
