Kelly is hiring for a Data Quality Analyst to works in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of candidate and employee data within an organization. This position is 100% remote! The primarily administrative role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and address data quality issues, supporting data quality standards, and continuously monitoring and improving the hiring process. Partners with HR professionals, recruiters, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment process and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
?      Supports the requisition process through data verification and auditing prior to Recruiter intake discussions with the Hiring Manager and at time of hire. Identifies inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies in the data. Keeps Talent Acquisition team and HR Managers informed of any issues that could impact schedules/key dates.
?      Effectively maintains Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Employee Core data as it relates to employee lifecycle changes. Ensures adherence to data quality guidelines across the organization.
? Regularly collaborates with HR teams, HR Technology/HRIS, Service Centers, and TA to resolve data-related issues and ensure accurate data flow between systems
