Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation

  • $22/hour, plus opportunities for overtime

Shift

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting new-hire and ongoing employee training programs in English and Spanish

  • Maintaining training records, matrices, and SharePoint sites

  • Updating training materials and work instructions to ensure compliance and clarity for all team members

  • Assisting with daily quality checks, audits, and ISO compliance

  • Recording quality data using SharePoint, Excel, and SAP

  • Creating reports and following up on quality initiatives with the Quality Supervisor

  • Managing controlled documents within the Quality Management System (QMS)

Is This the Right Fit for You?

  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Excel and SharePoint

  • You have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)

  • You’re detail-oriented, accurate, and organized

  • Flexible for overtime as needed

  • Experience with SAP and inspection techniques a plus

  • 1–2 years of QMS experience preferred

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
