What’s a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator; Operations and Innovation? You’ll be:

  • Managing and resolving Talent Acquisition support tickets and end-user requests spanning recruiting systems and workflows.

  • Troubleshooting system and process-related issues, including escalations and non-standard requests.

  • Supporting Tier 2–3 intake, triage, and resolution within ServiceNow or similar platforms.

  • Executing system updates, access requests, requisition assignments, and data corrections as needed.

  • Assisting with interview scheduling and background check processes, including escalation handling and issue resolution.

  • Partnering with recruiters and internal stakeholders to investigate system or workflow issues, identifying root causes and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Supporting system testing, UAT activities, and validation of enhancements; contributing to deployment of changes.

  • Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, SOPs, and user guidance documentation.

  • Identifying recurring issues and trends to recommend and drive continuous process improvement.

  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across Talent Acquisition systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system or process issues

  • Strong acumen for learning and navigating enterprise systems

  • Experience with system integration across platforms (ATS, CRM, ticketing, etc.)

  • Attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Technical troubleshooting and structured problem-solving

  • Systems navigation and operational support across enterprise tools

  • Process adherence with ability to manage exceptions

  • Excellent documentation and knowledge management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • Have 2–4 years of experience supporting systems, operations, or technical workflows (HR, Talent Acquisition, or similar environments preferred).

  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen and proven ability to swiftly learn and navigate enterprise systems (ATS, CRM, ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, Workday, etc.).

  • Possess excellent structured problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Show attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across high-volume requests.

  • Are agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

  • Provide strong written and verbal communication skills, excelling in collaboration with internal teams, end users, and external vendors.

  • Bring experience creating/updating knowledge articles and process documentation.

  • Have experience with system testing/UAT or change deployments (preferred).

  • Are familiar with workflow tools, automation, or global HR operations (preferred).
