Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.50/hr (1st Shift) | $18.73/hr (2nd Shift)
Shifts:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:55AM to 2:55PM
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:55PM to 10:55PM

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards per customer specifications
- Performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments based on instructions
- Independently conducting quality inspections to meet production standards
- Maintaining a clean, orderly workstation and complying with all security and production policies
- Identifying and addressing potential production and quality issues
- Collaborating with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily/monthly goals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)
- Possess basic computer and math skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
- Can write routine reports and correspondence
- Are comfortable interpreting instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
- Have good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Are able to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day
- Preferably have 1-3 years’ experience with mechanical abilities, safety rules, and maintenance instructions (preferred)
- Possess intermediate computer skills
