Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour
Shift Information: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM OR 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM overtime may be required based on production needs

What’s a typical day as Production Team Lead? You’ll be:
• Supervising and leading a team of production employees, ensuring roles, expectations, and priorities are clearly understood.
• Executing production schedules with management to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Identifying skill gaps and supporting training, onboarding, and development of team members.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Possess proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production workforce with strong interpersonal skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have a working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
