Pay Rate: $42/hour (1-year Contract)
Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, flexibility to work weekday and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs
What’s a typical day as Team Lead? You’ll be:
- Supervising and leading a team of semi to highly skilled production employees during the assigned shift
- Coordinating daily production activities to meet established delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets
- Establishing a positive employee environment with clear communication, feedback, and guidance
- Ensuring all personnel have appropriate training, work instructions, and tools
- Monitoring control plans, addressing workmanship issues, and ensuring products meet quality requirements
- Administering employee policies and responding to complaints to maintain adherence to company practices and procedures
- Determining production priorities, making daily assignments, and managing overtime as needed
- Planning for maintenance of equipment and facilities to maximize uptime
- Supporting and implementing safety programs and housekeeping standards

- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and effective communication
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make effective decisions using available data
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Have working knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
- Are flexible to work weekday and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs
- Are committed to promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement
