Pay rate: $42/hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, flexibility to work weekday and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs

What’s a typical day as Team Lead? You’ll be:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of production employees, ensuring clear communication of roles and expectations

  • Executing production schedules in collaboration with management to achieve departmental goals

  • Identifying skill gaps and supporting training and onboarding of team members

  • Providing timely feedback and holding team members accountable for performance

  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement

  • Ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards and company policies

  • Supporting daily operations, including flexibility to work weekday and weekend overtime as needed

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
