Shipment Setup Specialist

 

Kelly Services is recruiting a Shipment Setup Specialist to support innovative patient therapy programs within a non-commercial pharmacy environment. This is a client-facing role focused on patient support, shipment coordination, and accurate documentation to ensure timely access to therapy.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct initial and refill outreach calls to patients, providing education, status updates, and ongoing support throughout their therapy journey

  • Complete shipment setup and coordination using pharmacy dispensing systems and online shipment portals

  • Enroll patients into safe return programs and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately

  • Maintain detailed call notes and activity documentation across multiple systems, following program and compliance standards

  • Serve as a key point of contact for patients, healthcare provider offices, and field teams, providing concierge?level service

  • Communicate progress and resolve questions related to referrals, shipments, and patient services

  • Escalate issues appropriately and partner closely with internal operational teams

  • Demonstrate a strong compliance mindset, including patient privacy, regulatory requirements, and adverse event reporting

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a case management or call?center environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient?first approach

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high?quality customer service

  • Experience building positive working relationships with patients, providers, and internal teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Bilingual Spanish (speaking and writing)
