Kelly® is hiring a Band Weld Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in East Longmeadow, MA. If you’re looking to grow your skills in a stable, fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity.
Pay:
- $21.00/hr (Day Shift)
- $22.00/hr (Night Shift)
Shifts:
- 1st and 2nd Shift available

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate band welding equipment
- Cut materials, perform welding, and ensure proper alignment
- Grind and inspect finished products for quality
- Perform routine maintenance and complete documentation
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred but willing to train
- Basic math skills (including decimals)
- Ability to lift 5–25 lbs as needed
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and safety
