Location: Raynham, MA
Pay Rate: $23.10/hour (2nd Shift)
Shift:
2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clean and Pack Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure finished parts are meticulously prepared for the next production process or shipment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain our high standards for quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean finished parts to meet strict company standards.
- Package products accurately according to requirements.
- Label and stage shipments for delivery.
- Ensure all parts are properly documented and ready for shipment.
- Support material flow across production areas.
- Move materials and stage work to assist the production team.
- Maintain organized and efficient workspaces.
- Focus on accuracy, organization, and quality to support production flow.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the willingness to support various production areas.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
