Location: North Fort Worth near Roanoke, TX
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule, 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM

About the Role
A growing industrial manufacturing operation in North Fort Worth near Roanoke is hiring Industrial Production Equipment Operators. This is a hands-on role in a heavy manufacturing environment, working with industrial equipment, production processes, quality checks, and safety-focused operating procedures.
This role is best suited for candidates who have worked in more than light assembly or basic warehouse environments. Strong candidates may have experience in industrial production, machine operation, process equipment, heavy manufacturing, metals, plastics, chemicals, building products, automotive, aerospace, or similar settings.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor industrial production equipment
- Set up materials and equipment according to work instructions
- Follow detailed production procedures and safety requirements
- Monitor equipment performance, production flow, and product quality
- Make basic adjustments to equipment or process settings as trained
- Perform area checks, equipment checks, and routine inspections
- Record production data accurately
- Use basic computer systems for documentation or data entry
- Support material movement and production readiness as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with team members, leads, and maintenance when issues arise
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, machine operation, production, or process operations
- Comfortable working around large equipment, noise, heat, moving parts, and active production areas
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active during a 12-hour shift
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule with both day and night shifts
