Location: North Fort Worth near Roanoke, TX
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule, 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

About the Role
A growing industrial manufacturing operation in North Fort Worth near Roanoke is hiring Industrial Manufacturing Support Associates. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a heavy production environment, supporting operators, moving production materials, staging equipment, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This is not a standard warehouse role. The work takes place in an active industrial production setting with large equipment, structured safety procedures, and a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Move, stage, and organize materials used in production

  • Support equipment operators with materials, tools, and production needs

  • Operate forklifts, lift trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment

  • Read and follow work orders, transfer orders, and production instructions

  • Assist with material tracking, cycle counts, and inventory movement

  • Help prepare production areas before and during operation

  • Perform basic equipment and area checks

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site policies

  • Cross-train to support multiple areas of the production floor

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, production support, material handling, or similar hands-on work

  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred

  • Comfortable working around large equipment and active production areas

  • Ability to perform physical work throughout a 12-hour shift

  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work a rotating day and night schedule

  • Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred

Schedule Details
This position follows a rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule:

  • 4 night shifts, then 3 days off

  • 3 day shifts, then 1 day off

  • 3 night shifts, then 3 days off

  • 4 day shifts, then 7 days off
