Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Shift:

1st shift = 6:45am to 3:00pm (the entire duration of the shift, up to 8–12 hours depending on assigned station and shift)

What’s a typical day as Final Assembly Associate? You’ll be:

  • Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components according to established procedures and quality standards.

  • Completing tasks such as reviewing quality points, using hand and power tools, assembling electronic components, and maintaining accurate production documentation.

  • Preparing and organizing kits with necessary components, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

  • Handling and storing materials, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies or quality issues to team leaders.

  • Escalating any quality issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Participating in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • Packaging and labeling components or assemblies for shipment per instructions, ensuring protection and compliance with safety standards.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, adhering to 6S principles and all Environmental Health & Safety policies.

  • Possess strong visual inspection skills to ensure high product quality.

  • Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills and can adapt to new processes or changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Are comfortable with prolonged standing and walking, and able to lift and carry materials up to 55 pounds (team lift or lifting equipment required for over 40 lbs.).

  • Are willing to complete all required training and participate in ongoing improvement efforts.

  • Are committed to following safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
