Job Title: Production Technician I (Second Shift)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: 5189 Stump Rd, Plumsteadville, PA 18949
Shift: 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Monday–Thursday (with Fridays as needed for overtime; eligible for night shift differential)

Position Summary:
We are seeking four reliable and hardworking Production Technicians to join our second shift team. In this role, you will assist with operating, cleaning, preparing, repairing, and monitoring production equipment for processing bulk powder compounds. You will handle a variety of tasks critical to our operations, including blending, grinding, milling, and screening materials to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment per SOPs and quality standards

  • Mix and handle bulk materials using various processing equipment (blenders, mills, conveyors, etc.)

  • Monitor processing parameters and record necessary data, observations, and adjustments

  • Review and interpret work orders, safety, and quality documentation

  • Clean worksite and equipment to meet GMP and SQF requirements

  • Assist with equipment assembly and staging for next use

  • Participate in inventory counts, departmental clean-ups, and process improvement initiatives

  • Accurately complete all required safety, quality, and production documentation

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience in a production environment (preferred)

  • One to two years of related experience (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs on a consistent basis

  • Basic computer skills for email, order processing, and time management software

  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and measuring devices
