Now Hiring: Bilingual Warehouse Returns Associates (RMA Processing)
Gardena, CA
 Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift Start Times: Monday- Friday 10am-6:30pm
Full-time opportunities with overtime available

We are currently hiring experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Returns Associates to support high-volume returns processing and RMA operations in Gardena.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Prior returns and RMA processing experience required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process returns for a wide range of product types

  • Verify RMAs match returned products accurately

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure items are in resale condition

  • Complete restoration tasks such as cleaning, steaming, re-packaging, and re-labeling

  • Maintain a high-efficiency pace to meet or exceed daily processing goals of 100+ items

  • Communicate with Account Managers regarding damaged returns, including detailed documentation and photo uploads

  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process RMAs and restock inventory

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in returns processing and RMA required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

  • Experience using WMS systems preferred

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
